Responsibilities
  • Responsible for directing, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating the community's clinical services
  • Develop and update clinical policies and procedures, as needed
  • Ensure staff are appropriately trained, supervised and follow facility procedures
  • Maintain excellent quality in clinical services, and ensure that services meet all applicable state requirements
Qualifications
  • Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • 3-5 years experience in nurse management, preferably in assisted living/senior living environments
