Autumn Glen Senior Living in Coon Rapids seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to partner with the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing resident care services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. The RCC will support daily nursing operations Monday–Friday Day Shift and play a key role in CQI and QA programs.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of nursing experience, a current RN/LPN license, and a background in long-term care or similar settings.
