• The Salary: $65,000 – $70,000/year (credit for experience provided)

We are seeking a Culinary Director for our Assisted Living community. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the dining department, including:

• Hiring, managing, and scheduling kitchen staff.
• Developing and updating menus.
• Ordering food and supplies.
• Ensuring safe food handling and regulatory compliance.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Maintaining overall supervision of dining operations and staff.

This is a full-time, exempt position with primarily daytime hours, Monday–Friday
.

• Experience in food service, production, and cooking.
• CFPM (Certified Food Protection Manager) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Dining Manager, Culinary Director, or in a similar leadership role (preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
