At Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, one of the largest CDJR dealerships in Minnesota, you'll have access to a massive inventory, strong customer traffic, and a reputation built on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Simply put, we give our sales team the tools, inventory, and support needed to succeed. The Sales Consultant will report to the General Sales Manager and is an on site position.

What You'll DoAs an Auto Sales Representative you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.

Ensure follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.

Track customers using store specific management system/s.Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring2 or more years in commission based sales

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $41,092.00-$120,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
