Lead Craftsman Position

Ace Handyman Services, part of the Ace Hardware family, is a locally owned Twin Cities company seeking a highly motivated, multi‑skilled Lead Craftsman. The role is a project‑management position that oversees a small crew, ensures quality craftsmanship, and provides outstanding customer service.

• Monday through Friday work week (8 am to 5 pm) – no weekend required

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing and electrical
• Project management and crew supervision
• Communicate with management, office staff, customers, suppliers, and property managers
• Present a clean‑cut appearance and organized tools

• 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience
• Own truck or van and the necessary tools
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, flooring)
• Proper equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Good overall knowledge of all trades
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour. Most work will be in the North Metro, but the office is located in Minneapolis. Ace Handyman Services values independent thinkers, problem solvers, and strong communication skills.
