Freight Broker​/Carrier Sales Representative

SAV Transportation Group is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, high-energy Freight Broker / Carrier Sales Representative to help expand our transportation network and carrier relationships across the Midwest and nationwide.

This is a fast-paced logistics role focused on carrier sourcing, freight coverage, margin management, and building long-term transportation partnerships.

• Build and manage carrier relationships nationwide
• Cover customer freight using both SAV assets and partner carriers
• Negotiate rates and maximize load profitability
• Track and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
• Source capacity for LTL, Partial, Truckload, Expedited, and Regional freight
• Work closely with sales and operations teams
• Grow strategic carrier partnerships in key Midwest markets
• Help develop SAV’s growing transportation network

• Freight brokerage or carrier sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, or other load boards
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
• Understanding of freight markets, lanes, and pricing
• Experience with LTL, partial, or regional freight is a plus
