• Manage internal audits, preparing and updating risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks
• Conduct audit engagements, finalize audit reports, and assist with follow-up on findings and remediation plans
• Guide internal audit team in preparing clear, concise, and objective audit reports
• Collaborate across departments to recommend improvements for regulatory compliance and data integrity
• Develop and implement audit programs and plans, coordinating fieldwork and conducting quality reviews

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or as a lead auditor
• Strong understanding of auditing frameworks, accounting principles, and general audit concepts
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management

• Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)
• Experience with data analytic reporting tools
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
