• Maintain dealership financial records and ensure accurate month‑end closings
• Monitor operational income statements and conduct fraud prevention reviews
• Oversee accounts receivable collections, daily bank postings, and reconciliations
• Review or prepare payroll and accounts payable for accuracy and timeliness
• Partner with dealership leadership to manage a team and support hiring and training

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or 3+ years of dealership accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting processes, reconciliation, and financial analysis
• Ability to interpret financial results and recommend actions
• High School graduate or equivalent required

• Experience in team leadership and the automotive industry
