What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production
  • Communicate information and instructions to branch offices, with limited interaction with customers
  • Adhere to standard procedures and guidelines while completing tasks
  • Understand the relationship of assigned duties to the team and how the team integrates with related teams
  • Solve typical problems by selecting solutions from established options
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to work under general supervision while managing own workload
  • Strong communication skills for conveying moderately complex information within the team
  • Capability to recognize and solve typical problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a real estate or title insurance environment
  • Familiarity with title production processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
