• Perform underwriting support activities including information gathering and clearance for new business, renewals, and mid‑term changes
• Responsible for file documentation and management of subjectivities
• Send requests for additional information for incomplete submissions
• Issue policies as instructed by the Underwriter and process endorsement transactions
• Provide administrative support to the Underwriting Team for special projects or assignments

• Four‑year college degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in commercial insurance products is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
  Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, high‑production environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Experience working in a paperless environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
