Western Mercantile Agency, Inc. is seeking a professional and dependable Clerical Support team member.
Qualifications:- Minimum of one year of office experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in touch-typing and multi-line phone systems
- General computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced collections office environment. Applicants should demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work independently after training.
Primary Responsibilities (following training):- Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system
- Utilizing computer systems for a variety of clerical tasks
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Scanning and maintaining electronic documents
- Accepting payments and issuing receipts to consumers
- Assisting with account-related tasks as assigned
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Starting pay is $16.62 per hour, with eligibility for a wage increase following the probationary period.
