• Manage daily customs brokerage activities in compliance with operating procedures and regulations
• Assign and support HTS classifications while ensuring accuracy in customs declarations
• Conduct self-assessments and implement corrective actions to improve processes
• Review and provide information related to Section 232 and AD/CVD regulations
• Manage programs using the USCBP ACE Portal and support import activities in Canada

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in US import regimes
• Strong knowledge of USCBP Title 19 Customs Duties and USHTS
• Familiarity with Canada CARM and CBSA regulations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience interacting with US Customs and government agencies on trade compliance issues

• Knowledge of Net Suite, Oracle, and SAP applications
• Experience in automating repetitive processes for efficiency
• Background in classification of telecommunication equipment and parts
• Proven track record of partnering with customs brokers to enhance entry quality
