Responsibilities
  • Lead projects through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative customer experience features
  • Break down complex projects into manageable phases that deliver incremental value to users and the business
  • Consolidate feedback from various stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance treatment adoption
  • Guide and support engineering teams to balance growth with a stable user experience
  • Influence short to long-term product roadmaps while maximizing efficiency in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, collaborating with engineering and design teams
  • Proven experience in a growth or consumer-oriented product management role
  • Track record of building and launching products that deliver significant business impact
  • Strategic and tactical experience in designing and executing scalable processes, ideally in operations-intensive settings
  • Ability to engage deeply with engineers to make informed technical tradeoff decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare or wellness-related product management role
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and user feedback
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for improving patient experiences and healthcare outcomes
