What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead a portfolio of large employer clients, serving as the main point of contact for all client-related needs.
  • Maintain high client engagement and satisfaction, ensuring loyalty through measurable client satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and unlock additional business opportunities within the client portfolio.
  • Consult clients on best practices for supporting working parents, leveraging Maven’s expertise and resources.
  • Manage client issues and escalations, ensuring effective communication and resolutions across various teams.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services in digital health, healthcare, or SaaS companies.
  • Experience working with large employer clients (10,000+ employees).
  • Proven track record of high client satisfaction ratings and successful renewals.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience at a digital health company in the health, wellness, or family health space.
  • Familiarity with health benefit programs for employer or payer clients.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
