Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

• Salary up to $150,000 annually, depending on location and experience

• Manage the customer lifecycle to drive adoption and ensure client satisfaction for a portfolio of enterprise customers
• Oversee the customer onboarding process and coordinate activities for successful deployment
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and expectations
• Identify and close renewal and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
• Conduct regular business reviews and develop collateral for client executive teams

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management
• Proven experience managing Enterprise accounts and complex projects
• Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, Excel, and G-Suite
• Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven work style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience with BI tools such as Looker
• Background in e-commerce, payments, fraud, or data science
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
