- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, event management, or a related field; additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination, sales management, or related roles, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries
- Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in the healthcare sector or with federal employee benefits
- Proficiency in project management software and data management tools
- Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to field sales
- Willingness to travel frequently for meetings, training sessions, and events
