• Manage processes and systems related to special initiative projects, including product configuration and quality review
• Collaborate with internal product development, operations, and client services to ensure smooth implementation
• Conduct data quality checks and analyze client interface requirements to confirm data integration results
• Document and report issues and risks related to assigned tasks using project management tools
• Facilitate discussions to manage data intake and ensure all client data requirements are confirmed

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience working with client data and client interfaces
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on complex problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience with project management software
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the employer s core values and operations disciplines
