Senior Retention Analyst

Employer Industry: Technology Services

• Own the end-to-end renewal forecasting process, including architecting and validating forecast models
• Analyze retention metrics and trends for designated SaaS product lines, delivering actionable insights
• Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify root causes behind retention performance
• Reconcile retention data on a weekly/monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting
• Navigate large, complex data sets to extract meaningful findings and optimize analytics workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in FP&A or similar financial analysis roles, preferably in SaaS
• Expert-level financial modeling and data manipulation skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and high workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with effective communication abilities

• Experience working with subscription-based business models
• Proven track record of delivering insights that influence business strategies
• Familiarity with complex data sets and analytics workflows
• Exceptional self-motivation and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
