Senior Business Compliance Analyst

• Serve as the liaison for Global Commercial Operations with Internal and External Audit teams, focusing on SOX compliance
• Develop and manage tools, reports, and processes to support global compliance and audit requirements
• Lead meetings and training sessions on compliance processes with global teams
• Identify process improvements and engage with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance efforts
• Create and update work instructions and process maps for Business Compliance projects

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
• Previous experience with SOX compliance and auditing
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in Finance, customer service, or similar analyst roles
• Knowledge of accounting/finance principles preferred

• Previous experience in the Life Science or Clinical Industry
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and CRM systems (SFDC), Power Apps
• Experience using Cognos or other BI tools for reporting
• Ability to effectively communicate with multicultural global teams
