Responsibilities
  • Accurately calculate monthly commissions for various teams across Direct Operations
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of incentive compensation processes, including plan design and payout distribution
  • Support the implementation and ongoing configuration of Captivate

    IQ for commission calculations
  • Collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment of compensation plans
  • Regularly review and refine incentive compensation administration processes for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including nested IF statements, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, including CaptivateIQ
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
