- Accurately calculate monthly commissions for various teams across Direct Operations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of incentive compensation processes, including plan design and payout distribution
- Support the implementation and ongoing configuration of Captivate
IQ for commission calculations - Collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment of compensation plans
- Regularly review and refine incentive compensation administration processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
- 0-2 years of related work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including nested IF statements, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, including CaptivateIQ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
