What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own and continuously improve the Account Executive onboarding and ramp programs
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires
  • Partner with Customer Success Leadership to define success metrics and performance expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a cohesive enablement experience
  • Provide 1:1 and group coaching to reinforce skills and boost confidence
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and what drives success for Account Executives
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to track and analyze onboarding performance and KPIs
  • Experience in developing training materials and learning paths
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the Financial Services industry
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics
  • Experience in facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity
  • Background in coaching or mentoring sales professionals
