Associate Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations

• Drive the M&A and strategic partnerships strategy, including sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and transaction management
• Lead negotiations with executives, aligning deal structures with the employer’s strategic and financial priorities
• Identify and assess new market opportunities and competitive dynamics within the EdTech landscape
• Author and present investment memoranda to guide decisions made by the board and investors
• Oversee capital raising and investor relations activities, including presentations and shareholder reporting

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting
• Demonstrated track record of managing and closing complex projects successfully
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to conduct granular analysis while maintaining a strategic perspective
• Excellent communication skills suitable for engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage processes and collaborate cross-functionally for efficient project execution
• Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
