- Drive the M&A and strategic partnerships strategy, including sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and transaction management
- Lead negotiations with executives, aligning deal structures with the employer’s strategic and financial priorities
- Identify and assess new market opportunities and competitive dynamics within the EdTech landscape
- Author and present investment memoranda to guide decisions made by the board and investors
- Oversee capital raising and investor relations activities, including presentations and shareholder reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting
- Demonstrated track record of managing and closing complex projects successfully
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to conduct granular analysis while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Excellent communication skills suitable for engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage processes and collaborate cross-functionally for efficient project execution
- Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
