Responsibilities
  • Maximize retention rate across the assigned book of business
  • Increase adoption of solutions into other business units to uncover new opportunities
  • Identify revenue at risk to prevent churn and forecast retention rates
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities
  • Cultivate relationships with users and key stakeholders to position the employer as a business partner
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing and growing relationships within Fortune 1000 clients
  • Strong business acumen and commitment to effective processes and tactics
  • Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms
  • Experience in a SaaS environment with a focus on client engagement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in a consultative approach to client engagement
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and adaptability
  • Experience conducting Business Reviews with key stakeholders
  • Ability to gather and circulate product feedback and value stories internally
  • Familiarity with market intelligence and insights platforms
