- Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms
- Experience in a SaaS environment with a focus on client engagement
- Demonstrated success in a consultative approach to client engagement
- Strong intellectual curiosity and adaptability
- Experience conducting Business Reviews with key stakeholders
- Ability to gather and circulate product feedback and value stories internally
- Familiarity with market intelligence and insights platforms
