• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to obtain product cost data and monitor Bill of Materials (BoM) changes
• Generate BoM cost rollup and comparison reports using internal cost systems
• Assist in producing bi-weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc product cost reports
• Identify trends and performance measures, providing insights for management
• Support report automation efforts and assist in preparing communications for management teams

• Must work PST hours
• Skilled in spreadsheets and data analysis
• Experience with BoM and Cost Management
• Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 4 to 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience in decision support tool implementation
• Familiarity with performance-based bonuses and financial commitment reporting
• Previous experience in a collaborative cross-functional team environment
• Knowledge of cost management best practices and methodologies
