Position: Sales Manager, AMS Commercial (New Business & Expansion)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Own and drive new business and expansion revenue targets across the AMS Commercial segment
  • Generate pipeline, execute deals, and maintain accurate revenue forecasting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Rev Ops, Customer Success, and other teams to enhance sales strategies
  • Coach team members on complex negotiations and ensure consistent execution of sales processes
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in Commercial or Mid-Market
  • At least 10 years of overall sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets
  • Experience in managing both new business and expansion sales motions
  • Strong coaching mindset with hands-on leadership in deal negotiations
  • Data-driven approach to sales forecasting and performance management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue models
  • Background in selling multi-product or platform solutions
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with senior customer stakeholders
  • Familiarity with modern sales technologies, including CRM and enablement tools
