What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Analyze sales and commission incentive plans, auditing payouts, and optimizing processes in collaboration with HR and Finance
  • Serve as the primary contact for variable compensation‑related pay issues and questions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive plans by analyzing sales performance data and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with compensation practices and applicable laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc reports to support strategic decision‑making
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a business‑related field
  • 2‑3 years of experience in variable compensation or administering incentive/commission plans
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and incentive compensation structures
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
  • Knowledge of HR policies and compliance regulations related to compensation
  • Experience with the ADP payroll system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights
  • Ability to read and interpret complex financial reports
