- Analyze sales and commission incentive plans, auditing payouts, and optimizing processes in collaboration with HR and Finance
- Serve as the primary contact for variable compensation‑related pay issues and questions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive plans by analyzing sales performance data and market trends
- Ensure compliance with compensation practices and applicable laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
- Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc reports to support strategic decision‑making
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a business‑related field
- 2‑3 years of experience in variable compensation or administering incentive/commission plans
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and incentive compensation structures
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Experience in finance, accounting, or auditing
- Knowledge of HR policies and compliance regulations related to compensation
- Experience with the ADP payroll system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights
- Ability to read and interpret complex financial reports
