• Supervise and manage the Procurement Source to Pay system for purchase order management
• Mentor and guide operations analysts to ensure timely and complete equipment orders
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance procurement processes and procedures
• Maintain financial management of inventory, spending, and cash flow forecasts
• Support Procurement Managers and Finance with invoicing and contract administration

• Bachelor of Science in finance, accounting, supply chain management, or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in a financial, accounting, or supply chain role
• Ability to manage a team of 1-3 data or cost analysts
• Strong business acumen with a solid commercial background
• Knowledge of ERP tools and financial/accounting software

• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization software
• Experience in data center, commercial, or industrial equipment sectors
