• Track initiative progress and ensure visibility into risks, blockers, and status updates
• Support portfolio reporting by maintaining initiative tracking dashboards and preparing executive scorecards
• Coordinate product enablement sessions and develop launch materials for cross‑functional product launches

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Coordination, PMO, Business Operations, or related roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong presentation and documentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms

• Experience in a SaaS or technology environment
• Ability to synthesize updates into clear summaries for diverse audiences
• Proactive and dependable with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
