• Build and maintain executive‑ready dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership
• Design and scale reporting infrastructure to significantly reduce manual reporting time
• Deliver high‑impact insights and recommendations to inform leadership decisions
• Implement measurement frameworks for core go‑to‑market processes to improve productivity
• Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues to enhance reliability and accuracy

• 7–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, or related fields
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Looker, Google Sheets, and Snowflake
• Proven ability to build and manage sales forecasting and activity models independently
• Strong command of SQL and ETL/rETL best practices for complex datasets
• Exceptional communication and data visualization skills for diverse stakeholders

• Experience in an AI‑native company or familiarity with AI and automation tools
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross‑functionally with various teams to align on metrics
• History of successfully managing projects in ambiguous environments
