What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage assigned operational duties including accurate and timely updates of cases and tasks via the case management system
  • Identify and elevate process gaps to ensure internal processes are accurate
  • Provide professional and timely service to internal and external audit requests
  • Initiate and manage direct billing and collaborate with customers on related processes
  • Process incoming mail/email elections and payments, as well as update rates and plans in the COBRA system
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma required
  • 3-5 years of related experience and/or training, with a minimum of 1 year as a Specialist strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, COBRA, and other federal/regulatory requirements
  • Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, and HRIS
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and think critically to resolve issues
