What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel enablement strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs for channel partners to enhance their understanding of product offerings and sales techniques
  • Create sales enablement tools, such as presentations and case studies, to support partners in the selling process
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel enablement initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and execution for channel partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enablement
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel enablement strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with training and development, including instructional design
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
