Business Analyst

Employer Industry: E-commerce and Product Development

• Salary up to $140,000

• Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements assessments with stakeholders
• Produce business requirements documents, product backlogs, process flows, and user flows based on client needs
• Collaborate with the Project Manager/Scrum Lead to drive Agile ceremonies and manage client communications
• Develop system architecture diagrams for eCommerce integrations
• Utilize tools like Lucid and Miro to create architecture and process-oriented diagrams

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in product development
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
• Hands‑on experience with eCommerce platforms, specifically Shopify
• Ability to create detailed business requirements documents and user flows
• Proficient in using Agile issue trackers such as JIRA or Trello

• Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• CSPO or Certified SAFe Agilist certifications
• Familiarity with Shopify POS and related eCommerce tools
• Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and drive improvements
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies
