- Manage end-to-end headcount processes for two large global engineering teams (~2,500 employees)
- Maintain accurate organizational hierarchies and conduct regular audits for discrepancies
- Perform detailed data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI to support decision making
- Collaborate with hiring managers to enhance hiring processes and manage operational projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and maintain documentation
- 2–4 years of professional experience in business operations, workforce analytics, or data‑driven roles
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as business, finance, or statistics
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with headcount management or workforce processes
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience with data analysis using Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting engineering or technical teams
- Background in business management or PMO work for large organizations
- Familiarity with workforce planning and HC reporting systems
- Experience in creating automated dashboards or self‑service reporting solutions
- Strong problem‑solving skills with an interest in process improvement
