- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated data management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Post‑secondary education preferred
- Experience in coordinating programs related to energy efficiency and sustainability
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Previous involvement in outreach or community engagement initiatives
