• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for construction payroll products
• Become a subject matter expert in construction payroll intricacies, including certified payroll and prevailing wages
• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for integrating AI-driven insights and ERP business processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineering staff, and stakeholders
• Communicate the value and benefits of payroll products to internal stakeholders and external customers

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields
• Strong domain expertise in payroll, particularly in construction‑specific challenges and regulations
• Familiarity with accounting principles as they relate to payroll and labor costing
• Experience with SaaS products in the construction technology space
• Ability to lead and manage cross‑functional initiatives effectively

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Deep understanding of financial payroll workflows and accounting methodologies
• Experience in data analytics and visualization
• Proven track record of managing project backlogs and prioritization
