- Provide project management and technical expertise for successful execution of client initiatives
- Analyze data and financial metrics, conducting reviews to ensure accuracy and quality
- Coordinate RFPs, implementations, and renewals, managing communication between vendors and internal teams
- Must obtain Life and Health license within 90 days of hire
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits consulting
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Underwriting training or experience strongly preferred
- Broad health and benefits market knowledge
- Advanced analytical and financial evaluation skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
