What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead client workflows, participating in all aspects of service delivery including strategy development and financial evaluations
  • Design advanced benefits strategies in collaboration with various internal teams to meet client needs
  • Provide project management and technical expertise for successful execution of client initiatives
  • Analyze data and financial metrics, conducting reviews to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Coordinate RFPs, implementations, and renewals, managing communication between vendors and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must obtain Life and Health license within 90 days of hire
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits consulting
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Underwriting training or experience strongly preferred
  • Broad health and benefits market knowledge
  • Advanced analytical and financial evaluation skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
