• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support the reporting needs of the business

  Solve complex problems and develop non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
• Recommend best practices to improve processes or services
• Communicate difficult concepts to the team to generate clarity and alignment on projects and initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Ability to interpret internal/external business environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for complex concepts

• Experience in leading functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
• Previous experience in the real estate or title insurance industry
• Proven track record of improving processes or services through data insights
