• Collect, analyze, monitor, and report on the organization’s financial matters to ensure compliance with financial policies and laws
• Manage and process title policy data for assigned states on a production level
• Recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency
• Provide subject matter guidance to the team and may allocate work as needed
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Proven ability to work autonomously within established procedures
• Experience in evaluating and resolving complex problems

• Bachelor  degree in a related field
• Experience in the real estate or title insurance industry
• Familiarity with financial compliance standards and reporting
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and teamwork
