• Lead program scoping, planning, and execution for strategic projects within the Sales organization
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration to align project objectives and coordinate stakeholder efforts
• Manage change effectively to support process improvements and ensure team readiness
• Deliver impactful reporting and results, measuring project outcomes and driving continuous improvement
• Champion and embed the employer’s cultural principles, focusing on customer and seller success

• Bachelor's Degree from a four‑year institution
• 6‑8 years of program management, management consulting, business operations, or strategy experience, preferably in a SaaS or fast‑paced technology environment
• Proven track record of launching transformational, cross‑functional initiatives that enhance customer experience
• Strong program management skills with expertise in end‑to‑end delivery and defining KPIs
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders

• Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products
• PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications
• MBA degree
