What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration for employers and partners
  • Utilize CRM tools to document and review all client activity
  • Assist clients with billing questions, payments, and invoices
  • Proactively identify potential issues and work towards first contact resolution
  • Maintain weekly meetings with leadership to discuss coaching opportunities and professional development
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be willing to work the following hours: training hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM CST and post-training from 10:30 AM to 7 PM CST
  • Excellent computer skills and prior experience using web-based applications for case management or client relations
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate sensitive issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to act as a liaison between teams for resolution
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with OnBase, COBRA Point, and COBRA administration
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional attitude and phone etiquette
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
