Contracts Analyst

• Draft a variety of customer-facing documents including User Agreements, SOWs, and Order Forms in alignment with the employer's playbook
• Review and negotiate contract redlines in collaboration with Legal and Sales to ensure compliance with company policies
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of contracts, meeting established turnaround time service level agreements (SLAs)
• Deliver operational support for seamless contract lifecycle management and cross-functional alignment
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives enhancing operational effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or a combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts management or related fields such as sales operations or project management
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
• Familiarity with standard contract and legal document structures and processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a solid understanding of advanced features

• Experience with pricing software such as Conga CPQ (Apttus)
• Background in software as a service (SaaS) is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of product and services pricing, accounting, and financial principles
