- Leverage AI and automation to eliminate manual processes and mitigate bottlenecks
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization or business process reengineering
- Deep expertise in DMAIC and other Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
- Proven ability to apply ROI analysis to project prioritization and decision‑making
- Strong technical fluency with experience utilizing AI and automation in enterprise processes
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven delivery
- Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma
- Experience in Service Catalog design or holistic portfolio management
- Background in optimizing processes within a high‑growth tech environment, preferably in HR or Finance operations
