• Contribute to product vision and shape user experience strategy aligned with the employer's mission
• Own the conversion funnel, driving strategy and execution from awareness to paid subscription
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize features and deliver impactful product releases
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to understand member needs and identify opportunities
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement, conversion rates, and optimize features

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-oriented products
• Experience in optimizing conversion funnels and driving subscription growth
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and customer journey mapping
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship products
• Comfort using data to inform product decisions

• Experience in regulated industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field is a plus; experience may be considered in lieu of education
