What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Produce and communicate reporting and analytics of sales data in collaboration with the VP, Operations, and Finance team
  • Perform Salesforce administration and automation aligned with project goals
  • Maintain and administer sales campaigns to support corporate marketing initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for Managing Directors including travel booking and calendar management
  • Ensure the integrity of sales data and manage all related activities in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS degree in a business or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in a sales analyst or sales operations role
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce or CRM tools, with a Salesforce Administrator designation highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced MS Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, Power BI, Hub Spot, and Excel Pivot Tables
  • Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
