• Education and experience sufficient to perform the duties described
• Demonstrated understanding of federal payroll policies and procedures
• Knowledge of federal payroll systems, including NFC
• Ability to work independently under technical direction in a high-volume environment
• Security clearance:
  Public Trust

• Previous experience in federal payroll processing or related field
• Familiarity with automated payroll and personnel systems
• Strong analytical skills to resolve payroll discrepancies
• Excellent communication skills for customer service
• Experience with retirement and survivor benefit applications
