• Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed assigned quotas
• Manage customer accounts and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the wastewater market
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor market trends and competition
• Prepare proposals and presentations while collaborating with internal departments as needed
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in the Customer Relationship Management system

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development within target markets
• Experience in the Water Treatment Market
• Availability to travel 40-50% of the time
• Strong technical background and ability to develop business plans

• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Proven ability to lead training sessions and convey technical information effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and strategic business planning
