• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Ship Accel, focusing on shipping, fulfillment, and automation
• Lead cross-functional teams in the prioritization and delivery of product requirements
• Maintain a deep understanding of e-commerce merchant workflows and analyze competitive offerings
• Influence pricing and monetization strategies to align with growth objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert, developing business cases and presentations for stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management, preferably in e-commerce, shipping, logistics, or fulfillment
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex software products
• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with global teams

• Experience with shipping, fulfillment, or commerce enablement platforms
• Familiarity with marketplaces, WMS/3PL integrations, or logistics ecosystems
• Experience with Agile product delivery environments
• Proficiency in product tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms
• MBA or equivalent business experience
