Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed assigned quotas
  • Manage customer accounts and strengthen relationships with assigned customers and distribution channels
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate market conditions and trends
  • Prepare proposals and presentations while providing sales training as needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support sales efforts and ensure accurate information in the CRM system
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the water treatment market
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Availability to travel 40-50% of the time
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to foster cooperative relationships with colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working specifically in the Water Treatment Market
  • Proven ability to develop business plans and commercial documents
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Skilled in customer relationship management and teamwork
  • Experience conducting training sessions and conveying technical information effectively
