What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Client Success Managers and Associates within the PBM sector
- Develop and implement strategies for client renewal, growth, and retention specific to PBM services
- Build process playbooks and tools to ensure consistency and scalability of team execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize internal resources and improve service quality
- Oversee key client relationships and facilitate involvement of executive sponsors in major accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of relevant experience in client management, consulting, or operations
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the healthcare, PBM, or benefits industry
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
Pharm
D preferred - Proven experience leading teams within complex PBM products
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing strategic PBM account relationships for an extended period
- Advanced skills in MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Comfort in presenting to large groups and managing escalated client situations
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and solve complex problems
