We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Senior Assortment Planner to lead the development of optimized product assortments across selling channels. In this role you will play a critical part in balancing customer demand, brand strategy, and financial objectives to maximize sales, margin, and inventory efficiency in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare and manage the assortment plans for assigned product categories during each product life cycle.
  • Develop data‑driven assortment frameworks aligned with brand vision, customer insights, and financial targets.
  • Utilize learnings from the planner/merchant provided hindsight and current in‑season trends to inform go‑forward assortment plans.
  • Establish pre‑season assortment targets (style/choice counts, sales $ productivity, % mix) in partnership with the Planning and Merchant teams; identify opportunities and risks within future assortments.
  • Provide recommendations to Design, Merchants and Planning related to key category attributes (color/pattern, body/silhouette, fabrication, etc.).
  • In‑season monitoring of KPIs such as sales, gross margin, inventory turn, weeks of supply, and markdown performance.
  • Foster a culture that is open, honest, and centered around continuous improvement.
What You'll Need:
  • 5 years of experience in Merchandise/Assortment planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic macros.
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Prior experience with retail planning and forecasting systems preferred.
